The 34th Annual Maltose Falcons Mayfaire Homebrew Competition!
Entries are due by Thursday April 12, 2012. The entry fee is still a low $7 per entry.
Payment may be made online or via check or moneyorder, if paying by check, please write your entry number(s) on your check.
Judging will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012.
The Mayfaire competition is one of the three qualifiers for the prestigious:
Sierra Nevada Homebrewer of the Year Award.
New this year: The Best of Show winner will have their beer brewed by the Ladyface Ale Company and entered in the Great American Beer Festival Pro/Am competition!
NB: The style guidelines for this competition will be the 2012 Maltose Falcons Style Guidelines.
