About Grizzbar

I have been a Maltose Falcon since 1991. Brian Vessa forced me into being a Falcon by buying my first membership in the club and it has been getting better every day! I have been a member of the board as Activities Director and Burgermeister. Also, since 1994 I have been playing in the Maltose Falcons Brews Band on trumpet, occasional guitar and tuba and, oh - yeah lead singer! As the Burgermeister I even pulled a stint on BBQ With Bobby Flay as we were featured on the Food Network show!

Favorite Style: 

Old Ales, Young Ales, Middle Aged Ales, anything with malt hops and yeast! I play no favorites, here!

Brewing Philosophy: 

To cook for oneself is the greatest pleasure because you make food as you like it! To brew for yourself simply means your life will never be a boring one! And, remember, this IS the best beer I have ever drunk... that's because I MADE IT!!!
