February 22nd - If you’re looking to improve hop flavor and aromas in your beers, this workshop, led by MB Raines, Ph.D. will introduce you to a new option; Abstrax hop extracts, an innovation in hop extracts that are easy to use with incredible hop aroma and flavor.
During the workshop, a neutral base beer and/or seltzer water will be dosed with 12 -15 different hop extracts encompassing classic ‘C’ hops to tropical and fruit forward hops including Australian hop varieties.
This experience may introduce you to new hop varieties and determine if Abstrax hop extracts have a place in your brewery. A light lunch will be served during the workshop.
