6.0 lbs Honey (Sage)
6.0 lbs Agave Nectar
1 tsp. Yeast Nutrient
1 tsp. Acid Blend
Cotes dd Blanc
Heat 2 Gallons Water to 140 deg F.
Mix honey and nectar into water. Heat to 180 deg F.
Cool slowly
Transfer to the carboy. Top to 3 gallons and pitch.
